Lila certainly did not expect her name to be famous throughout Indonesia thanks to her efforts in the field of calligraphy which began in 2008.
"At first I tried making calligraphy from mica. But the longer the price jumped. In early 2008, I decided to change the basic ingredients from mica to needles and threads, "said Lila, Thursday (6/25).
The woman who lives in the Bulak Rukem area admitted that her business was indeed going smoothly. But, his patience in pursuing this business deserves a thumbs up.
"In the beginning of 2008, I started seriously with this business, but the results I can get from here are only at the end of 2009 when we participated in the Indocraft exhibition in Jakarta," he explained.
Lila explained that at the time of Ramadan, the current turnover increased.
"I have never counted how many buyers per month, but if it is a financial matter such as my income, I count. For example, for small calligraphy the price is Rp. 350,000, for a large price the price varies from 6 million to 20 million rupiahs, "Lila said, mentioning the buyers were also from Malaysia and Brunei.
